LESS NOW: The Fountain of Youth
I’m often asked for my ID, it’s amazing to me since I’m in my mid-30’s. I believe there are seven elements that have helped keep aging looks at bay. I just try to remember that I want to age “LESS NOW.”
LESS NOW:
Laughter
Exercise (7+ hours of moderate-to-strenuous exercise a week, sweat out the toxins, build heart-supporting muscle)
Sleep (8-10 hours per night, 7 hours should be the absolute minimum)
Sunshine (with some SPF protection)
Nutritious food (it’s okay to eat crap once in awhile, try to balance it out with fruits and veggies as often as you can)
O… ahem… guess.
Water (32 fl. ounces [2 liters] per day at a minimum)
